Orders received before 10:00am will be shipped the same day (in stock items) via UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day delivery. Large or heavy orders will be shipped via a freight specialist. All products will leave Forward Motion properly packaged for delivery. Any products damaged in-transit are the responsibility of the delivery agent. Always open deliveries upon receipt -- if there is any damage notify the carrier immediately and keep all packaging and paperwork for inspection.
If you have any problems, please call us. If there is an error with your order, we will correct it as soon as possible. Returns can only be accepted if the parts are returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery and are in new condition. 10% restocking charge will apply. Original packing, packing slip and invoice will need to be included. Please arrange in advance with Forward Motion any returns for the most efficient processing.
