   To place an order, call us at (302) 658-2829 from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday or 9:00 to noon on Saturday. Times are all Eastern.

 

   You can also send us your order or technical questions via email at sales@forwardmotioninc.com or scott@forwardmotioninc.com Note: all orders must be confirmed by phone. Be sure to include a daytime phone number and when best to reach you.

 

   Orders received by 12:00 pm will be shipped the same day for in stock items via UPS Ground, 3 day select, 2nd day or next day delivery whichever is preferred. Large or heavy orders will be shipped via freight specialist. All products will leave Forward Motion properly packaged for delivery. Any products damaged in-transit are the responsibility of the delivery agent. Always open deliveries upon receipt. If there is any damage notify the carrier immediately and keep all packaging and paperwork for inspection.

 

   If there is an error with your order, contact us via phone, fax or e-mail. Returns are only accepted if the parts are returned to FM within fifteen (15) days of customer receipt and are in new condition. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to total. Original packing, packing slip and invoice will need to be included. All returns must be arranged in advance with Forward Motion.

   Products are sold "as is" by Forward Motion and are for performance Off Road Use Only. No Warranties whatsoever, written or oral are provided or implies to the purchaser. We cannot assume responsibility of liability for any product or service failure or for product suitability to your application.

 

   Should parts prove to be defective, the buyer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. Forward Motion reserves the right to repair or replace our products if found defective by FM's technical staff.

Payment Options

 

   For the quickest service we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Cash and certified funds are also accepted. COD orders are limited to $250.00 cash or certified funds. Personal and company checks are acceptable provided prior arrangements are made with Forward Motion. Any orders for more than $250.00 will require accepted credit cards or prepayment via check or certified funds. Orders paid by personal check will be held 10 business days to clear bank.
